The suspension was for the initial and intentional rolling punch to the groin area of Mitchell. They both got ejected due to everything that happened after.

I didnt see the nut punch originally with Mobley in the way. I also didnt have audio on. Yeah Mitchell is a saint for having restraint and not doing more. He shouldnt have had to deal with that. Hopefully Brooks gets suspended for multiple games.
