This seems fair for both players. What’s funny is if you listen to the game live Reggie Miller was whole heartedly defending Brooks saying it was completely unintentional. He was pleading his case while watching all of the different angles. Then the refs came out and explained why Mitchel was ejected for about 30s then was like “oh yeah Brooks is of course ejected cause that shit was intentional af”. Then we got to listen to dumb ass Reggie Miller walk it back for the next 5 mins. He’s the real joke. I wish he could get suspended for a few games lol

Not surprising, considering that Reggie Miller was one of the dirtiest players ever to do it.

EDIT: UCLA and Pacers fans can downvote me all you like, but facts are facts. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always admired his trash talking abilities, and once he left the PAC10 and we weren’t playing him twice a year, I loved watching him in his professional career.

He made the list at 25th dirtiest nba player of all time for the fucking leg kick that had nothing but a negative impact on the game for years to come. No rings, just a hack leg kick. The suspension was for the initial and intentional rolling punch to the groin area of Mitchell. They both got ejected due to everything that happened after.

I didnt see the nut punch originally with Mobley in the way. I also didnt have audio on. Yeah Mitchell is a saint for having restraint and not doing more. He shouldnt have had to deal with that. Hopefully Brooks gets suspended for multiple games.
