I used to work in TCS (a competitor of Infosys), left due to the horrible work environment and pay. No software engineer in India worth his salt, wants to work for them.

But, If you guys in the West choose to contact shit companies just because they are cheap af, then don't expect quality as these companies can never attract talent.
