When I'm looking at jupiter with my telescope it's in view for about 30-45sec before I have to readjust it. I'm brand new to amature astronomy but I do know it moves fast even looking from here.

Sure, I agree that it moves in the sky, but not that earth's rotation would have any noticeable effect on how its rotation appears to us
