Wish I could post the one I took I believe the same night from E TN. I'll post it to my profile.

What are the two brighter objects here? I saw this too, but did not know what they were!

I thoroughly enjoyed seeing this sight the last several mornings at 5am... Magical. Never mind the 9 degree weather with -10 windchill, as I slipped into 110 degree hot mineral water. YES. Adventure Nerding.

Venus and Jupiter look amazing when they are in conjunction.

I think it's a wonderful picture. You captured the alignment quite well!

I saw it too. They are Moon Jupiter and Venus respectively. It was pretty cool.

...wasn't that a magical sight to see!? I kind of forgot my knowledge of celestial mechanics and called several friends to look for it the next night; of course, that alignment wasn't there again...

I've been outside every night with my spaced obsessed 8 year old using the star app and taking pictures of the planets. His birthday is in March and I'm gunna get him a telescope!

I am here in Europe, today was cloudy but yesterday I saw it clearly. The lower one is Venus. Pulsing light is probably due to the our atmosphere but I'm not an expert. They are very beautiful though.
