It's supposed to be near the North Star. It's not very big. I read that binoculars help.

Not sure if this helps but I'm in north Alabama (close to Tennessee) and the area is visible shortly after sunset and for the majority of the night. Wish it wasn't cloudy here!

If you're not under dark skies you'll probably struggle, even with binoculars. I live in a city and could make it out with my 120mm scope but definitely couldn't see it with binoculars.

Stellarium app is pretty useful for getting a bead on it while you're outside. Look for C/2022 E3 ZTF
