Why? What did I do?

I'm not unethical. I didn't screw anyone over.

Seems like you’re looking to play the victim here. Congrats on attaining wealth surprising people are so quick to hate but maybe present it in a less bragadocious way. Also your question seems disingenuous considering you have lots of money

I didn't want to seem like I'm bragging. My apologies if it seems that way.

I'm not insanely hyper rich. Just above average rich. Not that far above the normal person.

I thought I would get more answers presenting it in this manner. More responses that way. I don't think I would get as many answers if i presented it in a different manner.

I don't raise prices every other day like others do.

I give my tenants plenty of time when they make late payments. I once had a tenant pay me 3 months late. I allowed him because there was briefly a time where my father struggled to make payments on my school fees, I do feel sympathy you know.

Also keep everything in good condition.

The only thing you can think about with the emergence of the most radical technology change in the history of the world, that could be used for the benefit of all of humanity is "how can I get rich off this." AI needs to belong to humanity.

I'm not stopping that. That's great. Primary reason I joined this sub is cause I want to see how this will help ALL of humanity.

Making some money off of it isn't a bad thing. Not like it would hurt it in any way.

See my other comment. When everything is fully automated, money should not exist.
