I am English; born and educated in England, Europe, I would guess that the original post was written by a human. I have been fooled by simple bots in everyday (typed) conversation. I would expect super advanced AI to be far more flexible in it's orthography than a normal human, so would try to converse with it about cosmopolitan subjects in various argots.
