I don’t think it will be a system that is allowed to run 24/7. I think that many many test will be ran to see how it takes action to do solve problems.
And I personally don’t think that full dive will be possible for a while even after AGI unfortunately. AGI will probably be used in various ways to focus on immediate problems and probably to maximize business efficiency.
But I definitely believe without a doubt that research and science will change significantly within a relatively short time. The fundamentals of math, computing and physics as we know it will undergo a huge shift.
