Foundation tv series based on the book series by Isaac Asimov. Takes place ~50,000 years in the future, season 1 hints at a war in the distant past between humans and AI, I'll leave it at that so as not to spoil. I think it's incredibly well done and thought provoking in terms of humanity's potential future path. Definitely worth a watch.
