This is a bit of a misnomer... There are MANY more symptoms for LC than ME...
However, ME symptoms are all encompassed within Long COVID...
There is a move to limit LC symptoms to just ME and this would be incorrect.
This is because COVID can cause any other virus' long term sequelae... I can explain why if anyone really cares to hear it.
