But I'm old now. I need to take several minutes to warm up and loosen my ankles and other joints before this burst of activity.

Sounds doable. I wish they had made some suggestions. I have no littlies, maybe I’ll take a cardboard box over to my neighbors’ and use their toddler.

Running up a flight of stairs is a good suggestion that was shown in the video accompanying the article.
