So true! I cut way back on dessert and now I find almost all processed sweets unpalatable - it just tastes like sugar with no flavor at all. I now prefer a tiny bit of dark chocolate. Sugar is so bad for the body, ruins teeth. I encourage anyone to cut it way down. Plus I think my taste buds have recovered a bit to enjoy fresh food more too.
