Just moved to 23236 (North Chesterfield). I'm having trouble finding gyms that are clean and have equipment in good condition. Any suggestions?

Last place unused to go to had good values, where the members were required to have separate gym shoes, everyone would wipe down the equipment after use, management would stop accepting new memmber applications to prevent the gym from becoming overcrowded. They really spoiled me.

Thank you.

Depending on how much you’re looking to spend, American Fam Fitness was good to me clean. Good staff. Never too crowded. All the amenities you’d expect from a higher end gym. $54/month I think?

The Manchester YMCA is newly remodeled. I’m not a member but have done some one-off classes, and it looks nice and clean inside.

Manchester YMCA has been my gym for decades. The new remodel is great.

I am probably less sensitive to cleanliness than most people (and aside from climbing gyms I haven't heard of gyms with a shoe policy), but I'm curious if you have already visited some gyms and we're disappointed with their cleanliness?

Not a member, but the ACAC on Robious seems spotless every time I've been in there

I’m a big fan of their pool and sauna. The workout room is nice and open now, which makes it a lot more spacious compared to before. It’s a YMCA, so it’s not too fancy, but after having the same layout for the past 30 years, it’s nice to have mostly everything brand new.
