Yes, it would be really nice if they would build units that are larger than 5 or 600 sq. Ft. And that are also affordable, at 1200.00 or less a month!! I will be shocked of these apartments are anything short of 1500.00 to 2000.00.

They're not going to be budget apartments but it at least gives people more options and potentially moves high income people out of lower priced units.
Right now split floor 1BR apartments that are less than 700 sq ft go for 1700-2200 in Scott's

Yes! I love in Scotts right now, on the edge, almost museum district. It's a 2bdrm for 1200.00 no utilities included. But it's old and in bad shape! I'm actually moving this month bc they are going to renovate here. I haven't been able to find anything comparable to this place in the area! Looks like I'm going to end up in Manchester by Dogtown in 600 sq ft, 1 bed, 1 bath for 1200.00 but atleast it includes all utilities except cable!!
