Yesterday I learned that twin oaks is ending production of their fantastic tofu. I'm bummed, I don't know of a tofu that even comes close to the quality and firmness of twin oaks.

I sadly don't know. The staff at little house market told me that twin oaks notified them about a week ago about the tofu.
