I have no idea but I loved to drink there when it was the Republic and you could do a whole Star Wars themed bar hop between there and Empire.

Rocket tots came from Republic, pig and pearl ended up serving them because of their popularity.

Pig and Pearl's salt and vinegar wings, served with French Onion dip, were the truth.

management was a mess is probably the kindest way to put it lol

Why are those always so relentlessly mediocre? Like, how can so many different establishments take a seemingly winning concept and make every incarnation suck so hard?

Also the massive bar has been turned into a maybe six foot section.
