Kid-Friendly NYE events?

My sister and her kids are visiting this weekend (ages 6-14). What's happening in RVA to celebrate New Years Eve? I saw Hardywood West Creek is doing a Noon Years Eve. What else is planned, preferably in the city?

Both CMoR and Science Museum used to have Noon events but not listed for this year? Stony Point mall has an event listed: Noon Year's Eve at Stony Point

I work at the science museum, and unfortunately we aren’t doing any specific New Year’s Eve programming this year. But if you need somewhere to burn off their energy during the day, we will be open during normal hours on both New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

Penny lane does a wonderful British new years where they celebrate when it’s new years in London so 5 hours earlier.
