I don't have covid, flu, strep throat or pneumonia visible on an xray, but I'm sick enough that the doc at Patient first gave me antibiotics and cough medicine. My whole body hurts, but yay vaccines!

Just make sure you take them all, don't want to contribute to the antibiotic resistant super bacteria numbers!

It's only five days, and only one pill a day, so I think I will manage to take them! Of course, if I cough up a piece of lung then I make no promises ...

I just recovered from the same. Body aches. Mild fever. Cough. No strep, flu, covid, and clear chest X-rays. 5 day z pack on antibiotics and cough syrup with sideline. Knocked me for a loop. Hope you recover quickly!
