What’s laughable is you could put any single one of the Stoney haters as mayor tomorrow and they would get even less done than Stoney. Idiots who don’t get that the Richmond mayor position is a job that you can’t do well in. It’s due to state laws on expanding and means that literally no one can do better than Stoney.

Can you expand on the state laws thing? So the state laws make Stoney incompetent? I thought it was the lack of leadership. Or putting his friend in charge of day to day business. Or not supporting the police during unrest. Or killing Navy Hill. Screwing up the Casino?
