If you click through to the website on the billboard, it's standard Christianity death cult bullshit. From their section "LGBTQ":

Yeah that sucks a lot. I obviously didn’t go to the link on the billboard, I just drove passed it and thought “hm well having read the book it seems like Jesus is pretty loving and supportive of all humans regardless of orientation, so this billboard failed”
