Might be a good back up option, I'm not sure if there are any hotels here with a sauna. On the other hand I live here so I haven't stayed in any hotels in Richmond so maybe they're flying under the radar.

Triangle Rock Club off Staple's Mill also has a sauna, and you can get a day pass and use it as much as you want. In my experience there's a 98% chance nobody else will be in there.

Oh cool, didn't know that Triangle had one, I have a few friends who climb there so that could be a good option.
