Well I guess by chill I mean be loud and run around
Isn't that Pat Benitar song?
I'm going to need some more information to help. Not get caught by...? Scared of...? I hear Bryan Park is still a consideration if you're interested in "cruising", but there's also an app for that.
How old are you, out of curiosity?
I want to run around naked with a flashlight I’m 31
Go out to the great wide open, my child, but be warned that chigger bites can last well into warm autumn.
If it's not, it should be.
You and I have very, very different definitions of "chill."
Yeah lol, I use filler words like that should have specified. A place where no one’s gonna care if I make a scene
What is your definition of cruising
Can you be there at night? And why would you need to be careful?
I don't know what's going on here. I just hope everyone has fun.
Like, you know, "Cruising" (1980) with AL Pacino, but this isn't NYC and there ain't no cops ...preferably.
I'm pretty sure if no one knows you're there no one will care
It’s dark AF and not everyone is good people. Having been there at night, if anyone is coming toward you, you can’t really see them until they are right on top of you.

I wish we had an Omonia Cafe here.
They’re called “bars”
And poison ivy!!
This is a bad idea, do not do this.
you gotta be careful depending. Living in a city gun violence is a sad reality
Having said that,
Scuffletown Park tiny park in the fan in an alleyway with a fish statue, thats pretty pooping. There's general a good crowd of 20-30 year olds.
Bryd Park is very safe. Generally gets quite late at night. Not a whole lot of people but very open area
I would avoid trails, or anywhere with lots of trees.
Shrug. I said be careful.
Good way to get sex offender status tbh.
I bet there are other subs that can answer this better.
fear is the mind killer
byrd park is pretty chill at night. just dont make a ton of niose a 2am and no one will care

Hot Hands?
What time at night? I bet the T. Pott bridge or floodwall would be OK. If you're quiet you can probably sit in Scuffletown Park, but it's surrounded by buildings. Maybe a bench by a lake in Byrd Park?
I once biked across Belle Isle late at night and it's as people say: can't see shit.
There are ways to pass by undetected. I have my own method I use to take late night urbex excursions. Has always worked.

OP stated elsewhere in the comments their desire is to run around and make noise while naked
We had places like that for a long time. 3rd street cafe and 4th street diner were two of them that I spent a lot of time at late nights. I thought there were probably others that had sprung up since then. Guess not. Too bad.
figure it out 😗
Many fond memories of being up at 3am, eating chili, drinking coffee, chain smoking, and leafing through Punchline at the 4th Street Diner.
Not everybody drinks alcohol…
Bars serve soda, juice, etc.
Yeah not everyone is cool either 😎
Nah, fluffy fingers.
Aside from the danger its also illegal to be there after dark, and for whatever reason there’s some kinda inverse relationship between how dangerous it is at night and police presence: where it’s ironically not very safe yet it’s loaded with cops.
If you turn off the flashlight no one will know you are there
I don't think that fits the OP's requirement of "away from buildings"
>Living in a city gun violence is a sad reality
I don't think the gangs are out shooting up the forests.
Pretty sure this is normal behavior for Texas Beach.

And make safe decisions that don't get them hurt, killed, or arrested.
not gangs. I said nothing about gangs.
More like people trying to rob you. I know people that have died because of gun violence in Richmond. While they it wasn't at a park, it was at night. Really it comes down to isolation. Robbers well look for dark secluded areas.
Some trails have trees that cover them entirely. Where someone can sneak up easily on you and rob you and there'd be no one else around for a good mile or 2. I should also mention rape can happen there too.
gun violence has gone up I don't think this will necessarily happen if you go out to the river , but its important to recognize that it can happen. If you're going out at night with a bigger group people you should be fine.
Again- this has nothing to do with gangs please be safe. Anywhere that's dark and secluded is probably not the best place to go to at night.
Honestly, that sounds pretty fun.
God damn if you’re gonna steak through the woods at night just do it on the dogwood Dell hiking/MTB trails
Place is full of noobs

Children of the night know how to blend with the shadows.
(And most cops are too lazy to get out of their cars.)
