7 Muffins A Day - on Polo Parkway (near Huguenot/Robious) is totally gluten free. I haven't been in there recently but they had some last time.

Anna B’s gluten free bakery has them. They are a cake donut though. Also, not fresh, but we love the Katz donuts in the freezer section at the grocery store. The donut holes are so good that we fight over who gets the majority of the box. Wegmans and Target have them.
