I don't know anything about his jazz club. I used him to do my taxes in 2020...he told me I did my taxes wrong the two prior years and filed amendments for those as well. Long story short he made fraudulent charity deductions on all 3 years that I didn't catch. I spent months dealing with the IRS, paid back thousands in fraudulent tax deductions, had to pay an actual CPA to navigate everything because Mr. Harvey kept saying that the IRS has contacted me in error and I was "fine" and turns out I had done my taxes correctly for the amended years. So he completely wrecked my mental well being and finances to make a little extra money for himself. During a worldwide shut down. He's scum and refused to take any accountability for his shady practices. If he is doing your taxes, go over every single deduction and past return. I know I can't be the only one...
