nah, its just on the street, a really cool cache but its more difficult to open then find

Do you need to get approval to place these things so the city doesn't trash them?

nope! if im not mistaken, rva encourages geocaching, maybe have an indicator its a cache before hiding though. This was a really large cache but most of the ones are like a pill bottle or something small

Thanks, in the app you can't look up a cache by name. At least without paying premium.
