It's good to report it. It may belong to someone who's gone missing. I'd think the garage would want to start charging for that space that's been occupied for more than a year.

I go here monthly, often more. Makes me sad to see this each time. Another one who maybe didn’t make it. Pain management sucks.

Report abandoned get a copy of the police report wait the allotted amount of time go to DMV get the title you own a car

I know it did about 4 years ago when the neighbor who lived next-door to my parents, went to prison and once the bank came and foreclosed on the property, they left the car. My dad filed a police report saying that it was abandoned I think he waited 30 or 60 days went to DMV and got the title

Interesting, that garage is not under HPD jurisdiction.
