It's wild how little security there is for renters. You shouldn't be able to evict tenants because you want to whip the property up into something else. These are peoples' homes, not your project.

It's an unfortunate situation for the residents, yes, but you are correct here, they can just not renew and force them out. The residents don't own the land, and there's a chance they don't own the trailer either.

No, the landlord should not be allowed to do that because it is terrible for society and housing availability. People will rent luxury units when there are no other affordable options, but then many people cant. These people in a trailer park can't.

We do not need more luxury developments for society. We need to maintain affordable housing and build affordable housing

It's our government and if our government can't create an economy which meets basic needs then yes it needs to be changed.
