That last point is the main reason I’m looking for someone with machinery to move it. The bottom of the shed is 3 beams that run perpendicular to the direction that I want to move it. I think it would make the roller method a real pain unless I’m thinking about something very incorrectly.

My wife and I moved our shed across an uneven backyard with pvc pipes. We jacked it up using our car jacks, attached a 2x6 board underneath the joists (basically gave the shed a ski on each side), slid the pvc pipes underneath, then pushed.

I think you've got it. You'd somehow have to add a perimeter beam to the two open sides.

Might ask one of the companies that sell the sheds new.
