Vcu or vet affairs?
If it’s serious VCU, if it’s a normal physical or something minor the VA.
After dealing with the VA for 8 years and constantly waiting for 1 hr past my appointment to be seen, plus pharmacy time, I would highly recommend any other medical facility for routine appointments. They are way overbooked all the time and I would frequently have to wait for 3 months just to get an appointment
Find a Dr that won't dismiss me, I've been going to er for help because they listen
Unfortunately, that’s happening a lot. I’m sorry, and wish you luck. I can’t even find a PCP, because I haven’t been in years.
I use a clinic for 2nd opinion and they pay attention. I'm gonna go w them. Plus the Dr is a fkn genius, the educational credentials are great.
I couldn't officially get a PCP at the VA... I had a doctor who saw me regularly, but my prescriptions and appointments were always messed up because the VA could never get my status switched from Hampton to Richmond... Filled out the paperwork 4 times and gave up.
The last time I was there for the entire afternoon and said fuck it and found a doctor in town
I should say, I’m not a vet and not seeking at the VA. It’s just difficult to find a Doctor anywhere
It's so bad everywhere... Mercy has purchased everything that doesn't belong to VCU

VCU is a major university based hospital, and many physicians are lent to the VA from VCU. (Or however that works, they’re in VCU attire)
The VA is much better than it used to be, but doesn’t compare to VCU. What are you looking to do specifically
