Oooh can you PM me this location? My kid would go apeshit if we saw deer!

Sorry, its literally my backyard. I took these shots standing a few feet off my porch.

If it helps I'm in the Reed's Hill neighborhood of Midlothian. There's a group of about 25 deer that pass through near Old Gun every morning around 7a and in the evening around 6p.

The deer are so used to people at Robious Landing now, you can nearly run straight into them on the trails! They must here people coming, but just don’t care to move sometimes until the last second.

That’s the name! What reminded me of the question here is taking my great aunts out for a ride. Slowly driving to see water maybe 5pm during spring. See like 2 dozen deer hanging out “oh hey car people what’s up?” The old ladies still talk about it.

I grew up in Reed’s Landing and somehow have never heard of Reed’s Hill! My parents still live there, and routinely see bachelor herds of around ten bucks. Truly so cool to see, especially when they’re not in rut but are practicing fighting etc.

Reeds Hill is also known as Foundry Run and Spring Creek. There are no signs that call it Reeds Hill. It's off Old Gun W
