Getting my house back in order after a major construction project. And in case you think those sewer line insurance things you get are annoying - get it, you will massively regret it if you don’t. Trust me

Also can recommend shelling out for a sewer line inspection when buying a house. Saved us $$$$$ when we found out about the problem before closing.
