There was a shooting that caused an accident at 5 this morning in Manchester. It was terrible and a young man died. I was extremely proud to see so many of my neighbors awaken to gun shots and 6 vehicles being totaled in a terrible accident and still run out to do whatever they could to help until first responders arrived. I’m saddened by a young life cut short but grateful to be in a community that reacts that way.

Jesus. Please take care of yourself op. That's traumatic AF.

Idk if anyone remembers but a while back a man jumped off a bridge into traffic on 76n. I saw the scene, it was brutal. Didn't hit me until a couple days later and really fucked with me.

Anyway, talk to someone if you need and take care of yourself.

Thanks for being a good neighbor 💜❤️

I was unfortunate enough to drive by before the cops arrived, as well. Will never forget it.

This is great advice. Thanks. And I’m sorry for your experience. I work with kids in a busy environment and today I realized how frazzled I am from Sunday. I’m taking a little time to reset and reflect.

Oh wow, I think I remember driving by that and never saw anything about it. Wild. Last year my brother was driving down Hull and saw someone bleeding out from a gunshot. Neither sat well with us.

Hey there, neighbor. I feel the exact same way.

While it was devastating to eventually realize that there was nothing more we could do, I am also incredibly grateful that so many of us didn’t hesitate for a moment to rush out and immediately work together to do what we thought we could do to try to save someone’s life.

Even more so because it meant that young man wasn’t alone at the end.

Holy shit. I live there and was driving to brunch and wonder what tf could have caused that. Guess our place is well insulated so we didn’t hear any sirens or shots. Damn. What a mess

The shots and immediate crash happened about 4/4:30 AM and there weren’t really any sirens coming down the block from what I remember. The cops and first responders seemed to pull up with only their lights on.
