RIC is a nice little 2 terminal airport and all the employees are helpful and I have been using it for twenty years and have never had a gripe especially compared to BWI, IAD, etc. I guess you could complain about it being twenty minutes from downtown Richmond or not having a underground or tram to the downtown area?
