I think it’ll last. They managed to keep bookbinders open all of Covid. Might have to changes things around/switch things up but I think it’ll be fine

they've got roughly 1,200 apartments being developed within walking distance of them, so probably easily 2,200+ new people in the neighborhood. key will be 1) surviving until they are built and 2) converting them against fat dragon or BBB or En Su Boca or all of Scotts Ad.

Very true, I hope they make it. But they could totally exist alongside all of those places.

Yeah I've never once in my life pondered if I want to wait in a line for an hour to pay $70 for BBQ or if I want late night Mac and Cheese. There's demand for more than 3-5 restaurants, particularly casual restaurants, in Scott's Addition.
