Looks like next to the existing shopping center with the Children's Museum and Tractor Supply.

Edit: I realized that that might not be super descriptive if you don't know the area. The address is around 6801 Lake Harbour Dr, Midlothian.

I've got little kids and a lot of yard... I am in the children's museum and tractor supply more than is healthy.
