You should tell her and blame your actions to the inability to control how much you drink and what happens after. Sure drinking could be an excuse but it does lower ones inhibition. Don’t make alcohol the excuse or justification. Also if you were getting attention from someone cute- why didn’t you shut it down? Choices man….just fess up to your girl. Best she finds our from you than from someone else else. And face all that will come your way like a man.
