Since you are already going to therapy i'll just say this:
"I feel angry towards him because I don't want to have to ask what I need" this is the only problem i see here and something you cant expect of him, he can try to guess what you want but he cant read your mind so you need to comunicate how you feel and what you expect of him or he wont know if he is doing enough or not.

This. You do need to tell him what you need. We’re all different and he’s not a mind reader. Communication is key here.

You are right, communication is the key. And I learned to communicate openly right with him and we talk about everything. Really. But I admit that the problem here is that I feel guilty saying "I need you to give me more attention, I need you make me feel that you want to take care of me right now" because I feel that on the one hand I have no right to ask and on the other I feel that if I ask him to give me more attention and then he does it, I would feel that it is no longer a spontaneous gesture but a response to my request. But you're right, I'll try to talk about it with my psychologist too. Thanks for your advice 🤍

I would also be more specific, instead of saying, “I want more attention,” say, “can you rub my back,” or whatever would help you feel better.
