That's you mate and you're a man. She's 19yrs. Would you advice your 19yr old sister if you had one to go live with some guy in another state?

I’m not just some guy I’ve visited many times and so has she her family and I are on very good terms.

I still would not do that. Not at that age. Yes she's an adult at 19 and capable of her decisions but still it would be a worry. If she's not ready to move to be with you then don't force it. Let her decide if she wants to.
