There are actually lights on in the Superman building? Are they doing anything with it yet?

The new owner has turned the lights I read for the holidays. I noticed several floors had lights on recently too. Hopefully means they are moving forward with the renovations.

Was wondering that myself! There were only those lights on throughout the building when I was there. Might have been routine maintenance, not sure
