RIPTA routes aren't coming up on Google maps as of today and for any subsequent days . They show up if you search from yesterday and backwards. They work for other cities too.

Anyone else having these issues and know who to contact? I already submitted a complaint on the RIPTA site.

Yeah I am getting the same thing both on the app and on a browser.

In the meantime maybe try the Transit app? It has a trip planner too. It's on RIPTA's list of apps: https://www.ripta.com/mobile-applications/

The transit app is super helpful. Thanks for those suggesting! I also asked Providence Streets Coalition and they said it might be because RIPTA is updating their routes for the new Pawtucket/CF commuter rail stop! Hopefully gets resolved soon.

I have a car, but it stranded me in Pawtucket one time. I had never used RIPTA before, but downloaded the Transit and RIPTA wave apps. They worked well. I got home, and then back to pick up my car on the bus, using just my phone.

I noticed the same thing this morning. Thought it was my phone until I tried Google maps on my iPad as well.

Very weird and confusing. I just got in a Lyft because I'm didn't want to start my weekend being annoyed lol.

Hope the issue gets fixed soon!

Yeah, not showing up on Google maps. I use this feature all the time for RIPTA, so this is unusual!

I‘m having the same issue! I found that setting the date to last week on the same day of the week would give you the route. It only works on Google maps though
