I am potentially moving before my lease is up in the fall, but can be flexible with the date due to the next place needing a cleaning and some TLC first. It is 1 mile and 6 minute drive from downtown for reference.

I would like to find another tenant(s) to take over for my PM who have been lovely and easy to live under for the last 1.5 years. The tenant before me lived here for 3 years before she moved back home in the Midwest for work. Cat friendly (I have 2 and they waived the pet fees for me but that may be case by case). I can find out if it is dog friendly. 5 other condos are in the building, half are owner occupied (two have lived here for 15 years) the others are rented like mine. It is a quiet and friendly building, but everyone keeps to themselves mostly. Parking is included as there is a lot. The unit is on the first floor and has a washer/dryer in it.
