I live in Riverside and freaking love it. Quieter, don’t need to get on the highway to get everywhere, seven min drive to downtown, and a twenty min ride on the bike path! Potentially not close enough for you but thought I’d throw it out there!

Not bad, no worse than the rest of Prov, as long as you’re not directly on the water. I actually find it nice living there when there’s flooding because recently it’s been the highway that has problems, which I can avoid, being on the east side of it!

I have a friend that has a house in riverside right on the water. Such a nice and underrated area in my opinion 👌
