Are there any messenger/courier services that are hiring around Providence, anything I see online is out of date older stuff. Additionally, is there any fixie scene here at all? Would love to meet people with similar bikes

I know Dash on Broadway has a courier service, though you'll have to ask them if they are hiring.

Dash is pretty much the only game in town I think. Good dude. Not sure who’s still involved but they were great guys years ago.

Uber eats let's you use a bike! I recently had a courier bring me food on a bike in Boston.

there's usually at least a few people together on fixies at bikejam. no idea how open they'd be to chatting with strangers but you could always try 🤷‍♀️
