When did they start? I’ve built 300k lab spaces in shorter time frames. I remember my parents coming up here earlier this year and them wanting to go to Coffee Exchange because my mom thought it was cute inside, so we pulled up and they were closed.

They closed the inside at the start of the pandemic and just had to go windows. They didn’t start actually renovating until this summer. They were closed closed for a couple weeks in August which I assume is when they did the work that affected the to go window….so it hasn’t been that long.
