when I was buying it I considered lab grown but I went with mined. not my best moral choice but good to know it is a better investment

Well I hope you’ve been able to move on and start fresh my friend. Good luck with the resale. One of the first steps may be to get it appraised if your original seller never gave you the appraisal papers for insurance.
