That is what I thought as well - court and records etc are very specific and need to be prepared + I can only imagine how many parking violations there are to be seen lol. But I just called the municipal court - they have walk ins available to be seen the day of, you just have to show up and check in at 8am sharp! For parking violations only and Tuesdays are not available.
