Some sort of Halloween event is being held today at the Botanical Gardens in Roger Williams Park. Everything at the park is well worth a visit: Zoo, Natural History Museum, Planetarium, Botanical Gardens (in a vast greenhouse-like conservatory), and the park itself, designed by the same guy that designed Central Park. On a peak-foliage day like today it will be gorgeous. (And there's a jackolantern event there too, but it's at night.) Apsara, quite near the Elmwood entrance, is great food.
ALCHEMY Monday the 31st, costume contest and metal bands, gonna be great
North Bowl in North Attleboro Sunday the 30th, costume contest and karaoke, great venue with a bar, food and loud music on 40 screens
Ogies is having an animal costume party on Sunday afternoon. Woof.
Legit party.
The Met and Kimis Bar are having parties tonight!
The Met one is also part of Hasbro toys so the costume contest is pretty intense! It's one of my favorite parties to attend.
Kimi's looks pretty cool tonight if you like dancing too.
The Hasbro party is legit I only go the years I manage to think of an execute a decent costume well ahead of time.
Is it worth the $200 ticket?
Toad and the Stooligans annual Halloween show at Askew, costumes are welcomed I'm sure
I think so. It’s amazing.
Nope Because you're basically paying for half the people to be there..majority of the people in that room go for free so they charge the strangers an exuberant amount......
Oh yikes. That kinda makes sense. I wouldn't mind paying to attend a party and preserve a castle but $200/person is a shitload of money lol.
