I've only used it a couple of times but I think it's a little easier than it has been in the past to go north. Really, the only variable that still exists and is annoy are the psychos already on the highway who are trying to cut over to the right for the 146/statehouse exit and their complete and total lack of chill.

I agree. Having your own lane it's totally fine. It can get a bit hairy merging away from the 146 exit in heavier traffic but this doesn't make it worse. It's always been like that.
