I eat oysters all the time and they've never given me the shits. Also, most people don't drink a few beers and immediately need to shit themselves. If you have that issue, you should check in with your proctologist, bud.

This is a problem with your digestive system, bud. The number of oysters I’ve consumed with booze could choke an elephant and I managed fine.

Maybe try some fiber.
